Job Requirements
- knowledge or experience in general maintenance or custodial tasks
- experience using power washer and sweeper scrubber preferred
- ability to work a flexible schedule, possibly including nights, weekends, holidays
- excellent customer service skills
- able to work inside and outside in various weather conditions
- able to perform medium to heavy work including standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting up to 100 lbs

Job Duties
- identify and repair improperly functioning equipment on property
- daily cleaning and maintenance of grounds, equipment, and surrounding areas
- perform safety checks, painting, wash-downs, sealants, lubrication, trash and debris removal
- adhere to and proceed with preventative maintenance schedule drafted by Location Manager
- operate machinery and equipment including blowers, sweeper, power washer
- maintain accurate and timely reporting to maintenance logs
- notify Location Manager of required materials, supplies, and tools
