Job Requirements
- Manage general cleanliness of assigned work areas
- Manage interior or exterior cleanliness of the property
- Perform trash removal and operate trash compactor
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to strip and wax floors is a plus
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and collaborative
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance work a plus
- Ability to operate trash compactors and floor care equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and ability to collaborate with team members
Job Duties
- Manage general cleanliness of assigned work areas

- Lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs
- Maintain attention to detail in all maintenance tasks
- Strip and wax floors (preferred skill)
- Work on weekends and holidays as required
