Job Duties
- perform general maintenance and upkeep of the parking deck
- schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance projects
- conduct regular inspections and recommend necessary repairs
- ensure all machines are working correctly
- operate the sweeper to keep the garage ramps clean
- paint lines and directions when necessary
- explain parking agreements and provide facility information to prospective parkers
