- General maintenance and equipment repair experience preferred

- General maintenance and equipment repair experience preferred
Job Duties
- Perform general maintenance and upkeep of the parking deck
- Schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance projects
- Conduct regular inspections and recommend necessary repairs
- Ensure all machines are working correctly
- Operate the sweeper to keep the garage ramps clean (subject to location)
- Paint lines and directions when necessary
- Explain parking agreements and provide facility information to prospective parkers
- Assist customers as needed
- Write parking violations and boot cars that are parked illegally (subject to location)
- Empty and clean all trash cans
- Wipe down elevator, entrance, and exit walls
- Walk each floor to ensure all trash is picked up
