Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- access to a personal vehicle
- availability to respond to on-site emergencies
- ability to perform physical tasks

- willingness to follow safety procedures and company policies
Job Qualifications
- up to one-month related experience or training, or equivalent education and experience
- valid active driver’s license
- reliable personal vehicle
- ability to respond to on-site emergencies such as snow or ice events
- basic knowledge of maintenance and landscaping
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- clean apartments after move-out and prepare them for new residents
- remove all trash from grounds daily
- sweep sidewalks and driveways regularly
- water trees and trim grass and shrubs
- support maintenance team with make-readies and assist housekeeping when necessary
- replenish bathroom supplies
- replace light bulbs
- distribute flyers and letters to residents
- assist in keeping maintenance shop clean
- ensure security of the property at all times
- keep all keys in personal possession and do not hand keys to unauthorized persons
