Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent lifting, carrying, and moving of objects up to 50 lbs
- Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights as needed
- May operate a boom lift or other equipment for high-reach cleaning or maintenance
- Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- English/Spanish bilingual strongly preferred
- Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with excellent customer service skills
- Follow health and safety guidelines
Job Duties
- Act as a point of contact for facility users for cleaning and maintenance needs
- Dust and wipe desks, tables, windowsills, etc
- Empty trash and recycling bins, replace liners
- Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors
- Report maintenance issues such as leaks, broken fixtures, or safety hazards
- Assist with light maintenance tasks e.g., changing light bulbs, minor repairs
- Support special cleaning or facility setup tasks as needed
- Other duties as needed
