Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid state-issued driver��s license if driving company vehicle or on company business
Ability to perform maintenance and housekeeping tasks
Availability to work special shifts, including possible third shift and weekends
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Positive attitude with strong customer service orientation
Adaptability to changing work environments
Sound judgment and professionalism
Physical ability to lift and move 50 pounds regularly
Capability to endure exposure to dust, chemicals, and extreme weather conditions

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in facility maintenance, electrical work, or painting preferred
Ability to perform all essential duties satisfactorily
Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing
Strong customer service skills
Ability to adapt to changes and handle unexpected situations
Good judgment and professionalism under pressure
Ability to read, write, and interpret English
Ability to work various shifts including nights and weekends
Physical capability to perform demanding tasks

Job Duties

Perform all maintenance and cleaning tasks noted in the checklists and as directed by the facility manager/supervisor
Walk garage daily to note and correct any maintenance problems
Sweep and pick up around entrances, exits, stairwells, office, booth, and restrooms
Empty all trashcans in the garage, booth, and office
Paint all facility areas as directed
Replace burned out bulbs
Apply oil absorbent to oil spills
Submit requests for repairs or maintenance
Check safety items and ticket machines daily for proper operation
Provide ticket and record gate counters to the Manager
Keep inventory of janitorial supplies
Maintain garage/lot sweep sheet
Operate sweepers, scrubbers, and other outdoor equipment
Shovel, plow, or blow snow as needed
Report safety hazards or policy violations
Practice customer service behaviors
Assist customers and resolve complaints
Cover other duties such as cashier or attendant as needed
Maintain a neat and complete uniform
Perform other duties as assigned
