Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Up to 3 years experience post-high school in specialized trade or technical school preferred
- Willing to obtain OSHA-10 certification for construction and general industries
- May require specific driver’s license based on state requirements
- Clean driving record and ability to pass HMSHost MVR background check
- Ability to lift or push objects weighing over 50 lbs
- May require climbing or working in awkward or cramped positions
- Liquor license or food handlers permit may be required depending on location
- Must be able to operate heavy equipment or vehicles
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Up to 3 years of experience in specialized trade or technical maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to safety
- Willingness to obtain OSHA-10 certification
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required
- Ability to operate heavy equipment
Job Duties
- Inspects, diagnoses and performs repairs within guidelines of expertise and safety regulations
- Maintains small appliances, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry systems
- Ensures physical structure and equipment compliance with local-state-federal health and safety authorities
- Coordinates repairs within approved budgetary guidelines
- Maintains preventative maintenance schedule and records for all systems and equipment
- Performs landscaping and snow removal where applicable
- Adheres to all OSHA regulations
- Performs heavy lifting or moving of heavy equipment as required
