Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in corporate office in Columbus, OH
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass 10-year background check
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Availability for variable shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in English communication
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification
- 2-4 years of maintenance experience
- Preferred 5-8 years exercising A&P license
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain focused under pressure
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Service-oriented mindset
- Adaptability to variable shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Ensures that all aircraft down for maintenance are repaired safely and compliantly per regulations and NetJets manuals
- Liaises with the System Operations Center to communicate aircraft maintenance status
- Coordinates maintenance, tooling, and parts support with maintenance providers and internal departments
- Ensures all departments affected by grounded aircraft are informed of aircraft status
- Collaborates with Director of Maintenance, Flight Operations Duty Manager, MCC Managers, Pilots, and Maintenance Vendors on aircraft certification
- Monitors shipping of requested aircraft parts and escalates procurement issues
- Tracks airworthiness status of each aircraft in real time and communicates with System Operations Center
- Provides real-time control on airworthiness through approved deferral and tracking programs
- Coordinates with pilots to evaluate and disposition aircraft faults
