Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five years of technical and management experience within an aircraft maintenance organization
- Experience with performing aircraft maintenance and repairs in accordance with Part 121, 129, 135 or 145 regulations
- Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant license
- Experience with avionics troubleshooting to ensure safety and reliability of aircraft systems
- Ability to navigate aircraft manuals and company manuals
- Advocate for safety and compliance embracing PSA Safety Management System
- Strong communication and verbal skills
- Ability to build an effective team comprising of peers and subordinates
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience performing aircraft maintenance and repairs under Part 121, 129, 135, or 145 regulations

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Advanced technical degree in aviation or related discipline preferred
- Previous maintenance control experience preferred
Job Duties
- Assist and support senior management in promoting safety and regulatory compliance
- Provide leadership and training to maintenance control staff to ensure superior customer service
- Oversee maintenance control center activities including maintenance planning, AOG desk coordination, and fleet utilization
- Initiate, approve, and monitor Non-Routine Flight Operations as required by company manuals
- Manage and control Aircraft Out of Service Application and related systems
- Serve as single point of contact for maintenance leadership operational information
- Collaborate with maintenance facility leadership during irregular operations and out-of-service events
