Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to work overnight shifts
- pass a background check
- comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior janitorial or custodial experience is an asset
- ability to work overnight shifts
- basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
- strong attention to detail
- good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
- excellent time management skills
Job Duties
- clean the parking lot and surrounding outdoor areas to ensure a welcoming environment
- maintain cleanliness of restrooms to meet hygiene standards
- sanitize receiving and stock areas
- dispose of trash and recyclables in designated bins
- ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stored safely and used properly
- comply with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment
- report any maintenance or safety issues to management
