This job posting is for an exciting opportunity to join a locally owned and independently operated McDonald's restaurant. These restaurants operate under a franchisee who holds the license to use the McDonald's brand and trademarks, but operate as separate companies from McDonald's USA. As such, all employment processes, decisions, and management responsibilities are handled solely by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. Job Requirements
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous maintenance or custodial experience helpful but not required
- ability to operate essential maintenance equipment safely
- good communication skills
- strong attention to detail
- capability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- filtering oil fryers daily
- maintaining outside grounds
- clean equipment inside and outside windows stock rooms and restrooms
- unload delivery truck 2 times a week
- take out and empty trash compactor
- change light bulbs
- clean HVAC exhaust units and roof of debris
