Job Requirements

- Proven experience in facilities management or related field
- Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Ability to prepare and manage budgets
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Oversee routine inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Prepare and manage the facilities budget, track expenses, and seek cost-saving opportunities
- Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, including cleaning, pest control, mechanical repair, plumbing, and landscaping
- Manage contracts and service agreements with vendors and contractors
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Develop and implement workplace safety initiatives and emergency preparedness plans
- Supervise and train facilities staff including maintenance and cleaning teams
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the facility including waste disposal and reception
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and inspections
