Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in maintenance, preferably in industrial or commercial settings
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand, lift up to 75 pounds, and perform physical tasks
- Commitment to follow safety procedures
- Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment when required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
- Strong communication and observational skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in industrial or commercial maintenance preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Responsibly follow all procedures and policies with regard to repairs and maintenance
- Responsible to complete assigned tasks and projects in a highly effective, efficient, and safe manner
- Supports high performance in a professional healthcare and hospitality laundry environment through cleanliness and infection prevention
- Works in conjunction with operations to keep equipment operating at a high level of efficiency
- Ability to trouble shoot any mechanical, electrical and plumbing problems
- Perform industrial equipment repair and/or maintenance
- Conduct construction type tasks such as painting and patching holes
- Manage electrical maintenance tasks
- Handle plumbing issues
- Perform electronics maintenance
