Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant maintenance or cleaning preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical capability to perform job duties including lifting and prolonged standing
- willingness to follow all safety and cleaning protocols
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
- ability to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs
- demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
- requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
- frequently immerses hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
Job Duties
- cleans equipment which may include work tables, refrigerators and other equipment
- clear, clean, sanitize and reset tables in dining area
- clean bathrooms, i.e. toilets, floors, walls sinks and mirrors
- deep cleans of items around restaurant i.e. prep sinks, 3 tier sinks, drains, equipment, and other items
- sweeps, mops, scrubs and buffs floors using heavy equipment
- cleans walls, windows, tables and chairs
- clean walk in coolers and freezer
- helps repair or fix any broken equipment with GM
- loads and unloads supply trucks
- follows all security and safety procedures established by the company
