Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of janitorial or maintenance experience
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Physical ability to perform manual cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to follow all health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance work preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to operate maintenance equipment

Job Duties
- Perform interior and exterior cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
- Conduct basic maintenance and minor repairs as needed
- Operate and maintain janitorial equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety Regulations related to cleaning and maintenance
- Monitor the condition of buildings and grounds and report any issues or hazards
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments when necessary
- Collaborate with other staff members to support overall community upkeep and safety
