Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- six months of maintenance experience
- valid State of Ohio driver’s license
- evidence of personal vehicle insurance with adequate liability protection
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lawn mowing and snow removal
- reliable and punctual
- willingness to complete background check and drug screening

Job Duties
- Perform grounds maintenance duties including lawn mowing, weed control, snow removal, litter control, and checking dumpster conditions
- perform janitorial duties as required
- paint apartments as directed
- notify maintenance supervisor of disabled or inoperable vehicles, broken glass, torn screens, and residents with debris or junk outside their unit
- conduct daily inspection of assigned vehicle and maintain mileage log
- perform minor maintenance repairs as directed
- complete work orders promptly and accurately
