Job Requirements
- Knowledge of materials, methods and equipment typically used in janitorial work or general maintenance work
- Ability to understand and follow written or oral instructions
- Ability to operate/drive power equipment used in maintenance
- Sufficient physical strength and agility to perform heavy manual labor
- Ability to make minor repairs and adjustments to cleaning equipment

Job Duties
- Makes routine inspections and performs necessary repairs to facilities and equipment to keep them in good working condition
- Performs painting duties to garages, lots and offices
- Scrubs garage and lot surfaces through the use of scrubber/sweeper machines and water pressure machines
- Remove trash from facilities
- Performs related duties as required
