Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- relevant experience in maintenance or HVAC fields preferred
- ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions
- valid certifications or licenses as per local regulations or willingness to obtain them
- flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
- excellent problem-solving skills
- strong communication and interpersonal abilities

- physically capable of lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working in varied indoor and outdoor conditions

- comfortable working flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- experienced in hotel or commercial maintenance preferred
- holds or willing to obtain required certifications or licenses
Job Duties
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and general repairs
- respond quickly and courteously to guest and team member requests, prioritizing safety and comfort
- conduct daily property walks and inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
- maintain all tools, equipment, and workspaces in clean and safe condition
- collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams to address in-room issues promptly
- monitor and report major repair needs or safety hazards to engineering leadership
- assist with preventative maintenance programs to ensure long-term functionality of systems and equipment
