Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction
- experience in maintenance environment
- HVAC, plumbing or electrical skills
- knowledge of light carpentry and paint
- certification in pool operation preferred
- excellent communication skills
- valid driver's license preferred
- preventive maintenance background preferred
- ability to read, write and understand English

- Experience of 2-5 years in hotel, resort, commercial or institutional maintenance environment
- skills in HVAC, plumbing or electrical work
- knowledge of light carpentry, paint and wallpaper
- certification in pool operation preferred
- excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- ability to read, write and understand English
Job Duties
- Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems
- manage preventive maintenance schedules
- perform HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- conduct light carpentry, paint, and wallpaper work
- install and maintain hotel equipment
- troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues
- ensure compliance with safety standards
