Job Requirements
- Prior maintenance or engineering experience preferred
- Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair tasks
- Knowledge of pool and spa maintenance procedures preferred
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Prior maintenance or engineering experience preferred

Job Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting tasks
- Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems
- Inspect property regularly to identify safety hazards or maintenance needs
- Maintain swimming pool and spa areas, including monitoring chemical levels, water quality, and equipment operation
- Ensure pool and spa facilities are clean, safe, and operational, and report any issues or closures to management
- Maintain proper records of maintenance work performed, pool/spa logs, and supplies used
- Coordinate with outside vendors and licensed contractors as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA requirements, brand guidelines, and pool/spa regulations
- Assist with seasonal maintenance, snow removal, and grounds upkeep as required
- Support emergency response efforts related to facility or equipment issues
- Assist with opening and closing duties and other tasks as assigned
- All other duties as assigned
