Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, screening and locks
- Ability to use tools and chemicals properly
- English speaking or bilingual
- Valid driver’s license with proof of auto liability insurance
- Good driving record
- Ability to prioritize and organize
- Dependable

Job Duties
- Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times while providing personalized service to hotel guests
- Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members
- Perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs
- Conduct carpentry and screening tasks
- Execute interior and exterior painting
- Change locks and install smoke alarms
- Perform pool maintenance
- Maintain shop and tools in clean, orderly and safe condition
- Periodically clean gutters and drain water heaters
- Assist other team members and departments to contribute to overall department and hotel performance
- Deliver DKN's 'Home Away From Home' experience
- Perform other duties as assigned or deemed necessary by management
