Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of basic general cleaning
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed

Job Duties
- Cleanliness check each shift of all guest entrances and elevator landings in the entire garage including emptying ash urns and trash receptacles, sweeping litter and cigarette butts
- Wipe all signage and wayfinding materials in common areas and around garage vehicles, maintain general garage cleanliness using appropriate tools and power washing
- Wipe signage, wayfinding materials, and equipment such as gates, card readers, and empty guest key receptacles returning keys to management
- Power wash garage entrances and exits when needed, assist guests with directions and inquiries, provide local information, protect guest confidentiality, maintain security of customer information
- Perform other maintenance duties as required by contracts, remain alert to high-risk areas to prevent claims, report safety concerns to management, operate equipment including registers and credit card machines, wear proper protective equipment
- Stand while serving guests, provide information about surrounding areas and attractions, maintain hospitality standards during entire guest interactions
