Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to work full time (35+ hours per week)
- Must be 16 years or older
- Strong physical stamina
- Willingness to follow safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in maintenance or facilities management preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure restaurant equipment and facilities operate efficiently
- Respond promptly to repair requests and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all work areas
- Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
- Collaborate with management and other staff to coordinate maintenance activities
- Monitor and replenish maintenance supplies and order new materials as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
