Job Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities management or maintenance leadership roles, in long term is preferred
- strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and industrial maintenance practices
- familiarity with CMMS software for effective maintenance tracking
- excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in facility operations

Job Duties
- Manage and supervise all maintenance staff and operations
- ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities
- develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and systems
- oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility repairs to ensure operational efficiency
- utilize CMMS for tracking maintenance activities, inventory, and work orders
- collaborate with other departments to support operational needs and enhance resident satisfaction
- conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement or repair
