Job Qualifications

- prior experience in maintenance or custodial roles preferred
- ability to work on feet for extended periods

Job Duties
- perform maintenance to ensure a safe and clean environment
- respond to spills promptly
- operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment
- clean restrooms, floors, windows, and trash receptacles
- follow safety standards and procedures including hazardous materials handling
- maintain appropriate stock levels of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- report and correct unsafe situations to management
