Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in maintenance or custodial roles preferred
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment usage
Job Duties
- Maintain safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations to management
- Clean all areas of the facility including floors, windows, restrooms and trash receptacles using approved chemicals, supplies and equipment
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing necessary maintenance, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers and disposing of waste according to environmental sustainability programs
- Maintain and replenish appropriate levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies, ensuring proper rotation and storage
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive attitude and prioritizing member satisfaction
- Adapt to different work scenarios in a fast-paced environment while working on feet for entire shifts
- Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials and adhere to company steel standard guidelines
