Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Comfortable working in physically demanding environments
- Willingness to follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Must be able to handle and dispose of cleaning chemicals safely
- Strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in maintenance or custodial roles preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and work in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and pride in work
- Ability to work entire shifts on feet and perform physically demanding tasks

Job Duties
- Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards and procedures including safety sweeps and proper forklift spotting
- Clean all areas of the facility including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles using approved chemicals and equipment
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance tasks such as spill response and operating floor scrubbers
- Dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with company environmental sustainability program
- Maintain appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store chemicals properly, and place orders to replenish supplies
- Correct and report unsafe situations to management
- Maintain a positive attitude to ensure customers have a great experience
