Job Qualifications

- Experience in facility maintenance or custodial work preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
- Knowledge of safety procedures including handling hazardous materials
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work standing for an entire shift
- Adaptability to fast-paced and changing work conditions
Job Duties
- Maintains safety of facility by following safety standards and procedures
- Cleans all areas including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles
- Performs maintenance tasks as necessary, responding to spills and operating floor scrubbers
- Disposes of waste materials in accordance with environmental sustainability programs
- Maintains appropriate levels of cleaning chemicals and supplies including proper storage and rotation
- Reports or corrects unsafe situations and follows proper protocols for hazardous materials handling
- Ensures a positive and clean environment for members and associates at all times
