- Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment safely
- Good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and stand for entire shifts
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing work scenarios
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Job Duties
- Ensuring a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary
- Responding to spills promptly and effectively
- Cleaning all facility areas including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles according to company standards
- Operating floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment
- Properly handling and disposing of hazardous materials and waste in compliance with safety guidelines
- Maintaining and ordering appropriate levels of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Conducting safety sweeps and reporting or correcting unsafe situations to management
