Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in maintenance or janitorial roles a plus
- Ability to work in fast-paced and physically demanding environments
- Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality
- Ability to follow safety standards and procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work scenarios

Job Duties
- Maintain safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including safety sweeps and proper hazardous materials handling
- Clean all facility areas including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles using approved chemicals and equipment
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance tasks, responding to spills, and disposing of waste according to environmental programs
- Maintain appropriate levels of cleaning chemicals and supplies, ensuring proper storage and rotation
- Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning tools as necessary
- Report or correct unsafe situations to management promptly
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive attitude throughout the shift
