Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in maintenance or custodial roles is beneficial
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures effectively
- Strong work ethic and pride in performing high quality work
- Ability to work efficiently in physically demanding settings
- Good communication skills for reporting and coordination
- Adaptability to changing work conditions and priorities
Job Duties
- Maintain safety of facility by following all safety standards procedures and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps and correcting reporting unsafe situations to management
- Clean all areas of the facility such as floors windows restrooms and trash receptacles using approved chemicals supplies tools and equipment
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance responding to spills operating floor scrubbers and disposing of waste following environmental sustainability programs
- Maintain appropriate levels of company approved chemicals and supplies including rotating chemical supplies storing them properly and placing orders to replenish low supplies
- Maintain a positive attitude throughout the shift to ensure excellent member experiences
- Adapt quickly to different work scenarios in a fast paced environment
- Stay physically active and on feet for the entire shift in a physically demanding environment
