Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in facility maintenance or cleaning roles is an advantage
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and ability to adhere to company safety standards
- Good physical stamina to perform duties on feet for extended periods
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members and members
- Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent member service
Job Duties
- Ensuring a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary
- Responding to spills promptly and efficiently
- Following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps and proper handling of hazardous materials
- Cleaning all areas of the facility including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles
- Operating floor scrubbers and managing waste disposal in line with company environmental sustainability programs
- Maintaining appropriate levels of cleaning chemicals and supplies and ordering replenishments as needed
- Maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service to enhance member satisfaction
