Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in facility maintenance or cleaning roles is an advantage
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and ability to adhere to company safety standards
  • Good physical stamina to perform duties on feet for extended periods
  • Effective communication skills to interact with team members and members
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent member service

Job Duties

  • Ensuring a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary
  • Responding to spills promptly and efficiently
  • Following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps and proper handling of hazardous materials
  • Cleaning all areas of the facility including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles
  • Operating floor scrubbers and managing waste disposal in line with company environmental sustainability programs
  • Maintaining appropriate levels of cleaning chemicals and supplies and ordering replenishments as needed
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service to enhance member satisfaction
