Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to work entire shift on feet in a physically demanding environment
- adaptability to change and different work scenarios
- commitment to maintaining a positive attitude and member satisfaction
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in cleaning or maintenance roles advantageous
- ability to follow safety procedures and operate cleaning equipment
- strong communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- maintains safety of facility by following all safety standards and procedures including conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations
- cleans all areas of the facility such as floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles using approved chemicals and equipment
- ensures a safe and clean environment by performing maintenance tasks, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of waste according to company sustainability guidelines
- maintains appropriate levels of chemicals and supplies by rotating stock and placing orders as necessary
- supports member and associate satisfaction by maintaining a clean and welcoming facility environment
