Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
- Comfortable adapting to fast-paced and changing work scenarios
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on member satisfaction
- Ability to stand and be on feet for an entire shift
- Knowledge of safety standards and proper handling of cleaning chemicals considered an asset
Job Duties
- Maintain safety of facility by following all safety standards and guidelines including safety sweeps and proper forklift spotting
- Clean all areas of the facility including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles using approved chemicals and equipment
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by performing necessary maintenance, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and properly disposing of waste
- Maintain appropriate levels of chemicals and cleaning supplies, including proper storage and rotation
- Report or correct unsafe situations as necessary
- Contribute to providing a great first and last impression for members by maintaining cleanliness and order
- Uphold a positive attitude throughout the shift to enhance member and associate experiences
