Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in maintenance or janitorial roles is beneficial
- Ability to comply with safety standards and operate cleaning equipment
- Strong physical stamina to stand for entire shifts and perform physically demanding tasks
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and company guidelines
Job Duties
- Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including safety sweeps and handling hazardous materials
- Clean all areas of the facility such as floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles following company procedures and using approved chemicals and equipment
- Perform maintenance as necessary to ensure a safe and clean environment, respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboards, plastics, and trash according to environmental sustainability programs
- Maintain appropriate levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies, ensure proper storage and rotation of chemicals, and place orders to replenish supplies as needed
- Provide a positive first and last impression to members by maintaining cleanliness and safety
- Report or correct unsafe situations to management promptly
- Maintain a positive attitude and adapt quickly to changing work scenarios
