Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or maintenance roles preferred
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and physically demanding environments
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining cleanliness
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Maintain safety of facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations to management
- Clean all areas of the facility including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles using approved chemicals and equipment
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of waste according to environmental sustainability programs
- Maintain appropriate levels of cleaning supplies and chemicals, rotate and store them properly, and place orders to replenish supplies
- Provide a positive first and last impression for members by maintaining cleanliness and safety
- Adapt quickly to changing work scenarios and maintain a positive attitude throughout the shift
- Work continuously on your feet in physically demanding environments
