- previous experience in maintenance or custodial roles preferred
- ability to work in physically demanding environments
- proficiency in using cleaning tools and chemicals safely

Job Duties
- maintains safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations to management
- cleans all areas of the facility such as floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles using approved chemicals and equipment
- ensures a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance tasks, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of waste according to environmental programs
- maintains appropriate levels of chemical supplies and ensures proper storage and rotation of materials
- places orders to replenish supplies when low
- maintains a positive attitude and assists in providing members with a great first and last impression
