Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in maintenance or custodial roles beneficial but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain a positive and professional demeanor with members and associates
- Capability to operate cleaning equipment safely
- Physical stamina to work prolonged periods on feet in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Maintain safety of facility by following all safety standards and procedures including conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe conditions
- Clean all areas of the facility including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles according to company procedures
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by performing maintenance, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of trash as per environmental programs
- Maintain appropriate levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies, ensuring proper storage and ordering replenishments
- Provide a positive first and last impression to members by upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- Adapt quickly to changing work scenarios and maintain a positive attitude during physically demanding shifts
- Support company sustainability initiatives in waste disposal and chemical handling
