Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to work an entire shift on feet
- ability to work in physically demanding environments
- willingness to adhere to company safety standards and procedures
- ability to handle and dispose of hazardous materials safely
- flexibility to work various shifts as needed
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in maintenance or custodial roles preferred
- ability to work in fast-paced environments
- strong attention to detail
- ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- excellent communication skills
- ability to adapt to changing work scenarios
Job Duties
- maintains safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps
- cleans all areas of the facility while following company procedures, guidelines, and methods
- ensures a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary including responding to spills and operating floor scrubbers
- maintains appropriate levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies and replenishes low stock
- reports unsafe situations to management and corrects hazards as needed
- disposes of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with company environmental sustainability program
