Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work on feet for entire shift
- Comfortable working in physically demanding environments
- Willingness to follow all safety guidelines and company policies
- Ability to adapt to changing work scenarios
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals and materials safely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in janitorial, maintenance, or custodial work beneficial
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude with good communication skills
- Ability to work physically demanding shifts and remain on feet for extended periods
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Maintain safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including safety sweeps and proper handling of hazardous materials
- Clean all areas of the facility including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles following company procedures and using approved chemicals and equipment
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by performing maintenance tasks, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of waste in compliance with environmental programs
- Maintain appropriate levels of chemical supplies, ensuring proper storage, rotation, and replenishment orders
- Report or correct unsafe situations to management
- Support a positive member experience by upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- Adapt quickly to different work scenarios in a fast-paced environment
