Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in maintenance or custodial work preferred

- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks including standing for extended periods

Job Duties
- Maintains safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials
- Cleans all areas of the facility such as floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment
- Ensures a safe and clean environment by responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of waste in accordance with environmental sustainability programs
- Maintains appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies by rotating and storing chemicals properly and placing orders when supplies are low
- Provides a positive first and last impression for members by maintaining cleanliness and safety
- Adapts quickly to changing work scenarios in fast-paced environments
- Works on feet for entire shifts in physically demanding conditions
