Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
- Capacity to work in physically demanding environments
- Willingness to follow safety standards and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in cleaning or maintenance roles is an advantage but not required
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing work environments
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to work on feet for an entire shift
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Ensuring a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary
- Responding to spills promptly and effectively
- Operating floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment
- Disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with company policies
- Maintaining appropriate levels of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations to management
- Following all safety standards and procedures including handling hazardous materials properly
