Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as required

- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in maintenance or custodial roles is advantageous
- Ability to work in fast-paced and physically demanding environments
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing work situations
- Good communication skills to report safety and maintenance issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Duties
- Maintain safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps
- Clean all areas of the facility such as floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles following company procedures and using approved chemicals and equipment
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of waste according to company environmental sustainability program
- Maintain appropriate levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store chemicals properly, and place orders to replenish supplies
- Provide members with a consistently positive first and last impression by keeping the environment clean and well-maintained
- Follow proper forklift spotting procedures and handle hazardous materials according to guidelines
- Report and correct unsafe situations promptly to management.
