Job Requirements

- Availability to work varied shifts as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in maintenance or custodial roles is advantageous
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
- Capability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining cleanliness
- Good communication skills to report safety issues and coordinate with management
- Positive attitude and adaptability in fast-paced work environments
Job Duties
- Maintains safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps
- Cleans all areas of the facility including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles while following company procedures and utilizing approved chemicals and tools
- Ensures a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance tasks as necessary, responding to spills, and operating floor scrubbers
- Maintains appropriate levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies, rotating and storing them properly and placing orders to replenish supplies
- Ensures customers have a great first and last impression by keeping the facility clean and safe
- Reports and corrects unsafe situations and handles hazardous materials following proper procedures
- Works on feet for entire shifts, adapting to fast-paced and physically demanding environments
