Job Requirements
- H.S. diploma or equivalent
- Experience in transportation or trucking industry preferred
- Knowledge of truck and trailer maintenance preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Customer service experience
- Ability to use computer software including Salesforce and maintenance platforms
- Ability to work Friday through Monday 10-hour shifts
- Willingness to be on-call three evenings per week
- High attention to detail
- Ability to escalate issues when necessary
Job Qualifications
- H.S. diploma or equivalent
- Prior industry experience preferred
- Strong communication skills written and oral
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Positive attitude with high energy and desire to accomplish goals
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Team oriented and able to take direction
- Self-motivated with initiative to complete tasks
- Familiarity with Karmak Fusion and Salesforce is a plus
- Bi-lingual preferred
Job Duties
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience with all lessees
- High priority in department’s inbound call queue
- Make outbound phone calls for setting up new repairs
- Create cases within Salesforce for all mechanical or accident repairs
- Document all phone calls, texts, and emails clearly and concisely
- Set up preventative maintenance events, tire repairs, and mechanical repairs
- Locate dealerships and vendors for mechanical repairs and arrange towing
- Interpret and assess repair estimates, including warranty coverage
- Approve repair estimates up to $2000 or 2 tire authorization limit
- Complete maintenance introduction phone calls for new lessees
- Refer customers to specific lease contract sections
- Develop proficiency in TEL systems such as Salesforce, Karmak, and OEM portals
- Gain knowledge on lease truck models, specifications, and maintenance costs
- Escalate complex issues through the department chain of command
- Adhere to DOT regulations when recognizing repair needs
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly coordinator KPI goals
- Communicate TEL’s values regularly
- Continuously learn and improve processes
- Perform additional duties as assigned to meet company needs
