Job Requirements

  • H.S. diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in transportation or trucking industry preferred
  • Knowledge of truck and trailer maintenance preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to use computer software including Salesforce and maintenance platforms
  • Ability to work Friday through Monday 10-hour shifts
  • Willingness to be on-call three evenings per week
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to escalate issues when necessary

Job Qualifications

  • H.S. diploma or equivalent
  • Prior industry experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills written and oral
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Positive attitude with high energy and desire to accomplish goals
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Team oriented and able to take direction
  • Self-motivated with initiative to complete tasks
  • Familiarity with Karmak Fusion and Salesforce is a plus
  • Bi-lingual preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience with all lessees
  • High priority in department’s inbound call queue
  • Make outbound phone calls for setting up new repairs
  • Create cases within Salesforce for all mechanical or accident repairs
  • Document all phone calls, texts, and emails clearly and concisely
  • Set up preventative maintenance events, tire repairs, and mechanical repairs
  • Locate dealerships and vendors for mechanical repairs and arrange towing
  • Interpret and assess repair estimates, including warranty coverage
  • Approve repair estimates up to $2000 or 2 tire authorization limit
  • Complete maintenance introduction phone calls for new lessees
  • Refer customers to specific lease contract sections
  • Develop proficiency in TEL systems such as Salesforce, Karmak, and OEM portals
  • Gain knowledge on lease truck models, specifications, and maintenance costs
  • Escalate complex issues through the department chain of command
  • Adhere to DOT regulations when recognizing repair needs
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly coordinator KPI goals
  • Communicate TEL’s values regularly
  • Continuously learn and improve processes
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to meet company needs
