Job Requirements
- FAA A&P license
- 2+ years of experience preferred
- Valid US driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work in confined spaces
- Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for extended periods
- Ability to hear and speak clearly on the phone and in meetings
- Ability to use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and standard office equipment
- Valid passport without travel restrictions

Job Duties
- Provide technical guidance and make decisions regarding aircraft maintenance
- Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments
- Determine schedule for maintenance inspections, manage unscheduled maintenance and monitor the status of aircraft maintenance
- Address and coordinate resolution of maintenance discrepancies and monitor mechanical situations to minimize downtime
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with FAA regulations and company standards
- Maintain clear effective communication with maintenance crews, flight crews and management
- Review and approve maintenance release documents and initiate return to service procedures
- Perform on-call duties for one week on a 5-6 week rotation
