Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous janitorial or maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic understanding of cleaning and maintenance procedures
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in janitorial or general maintenance roles preferred
- Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance equipment
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Provide janitorial services including sweeping, mopping, and restroom cleaning
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on warehouse and grounds
- Remove trash and ensure waste disposal areas are clean
- Maintain exterior grounds including landscaping and snow removal
- Use cleaning and maintenance equipment safely and effectively
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Assist in setting up and maintaining warehouse cleanliness during special events or incidents
