Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior janitorial or maintenance experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- capability to perform physical labor
- willingness to adhere to company policies and safety standards
- ability to communicate effectively
- legal authorization to work in the country

Job Duties
- provide janitorial services ensuring cleanliness of warehouse and grounds
- perform general maintenance and minor repairs on facilities and equipment
- ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
- manage waste disposal and recycling processes
- inspect facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs
- collaborate with management to plan maintenance schedules
- respond promptly to maintenance and cleaning requests
