Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in janitorial or maintenance role preferred
- Ability to use cleaning and maintenance equipment
- Must be physically capable of performing cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
- Ability to follow safety guidelines
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide janitorial services including cleaning floors, restrooms, and common areas
- Perform general maintenance and minor repairs around the warehouse and grounds
- Dispose of waste and recyclables appropriately
- Maintain landscaping and outdoor areas
- Follow safety protocols and company policies
- Report maintenance issues to management
- Assist with setting up equipment or furnishings as needed
